Q: what do piglets eat?

Did the mother reject it or are the piglets weened now also I would ask a vet. And it does need milk if the mother rejected it. If they are weened well they are like adult pigs pretty much anything such as leftovers but I would go to a feed store and get some pig food which they do have amazingly. But before you do anything at all I would ask a vet.
