I've done this a lot with puppies, kittens and raccoons. If you bottle feed him make sure he's belly down like he would be if he was nursing off mom. Don't lay him on his back, he could inhale the formula instead of swallowing it, and then rub his belly like Doc Jill said.

Try warmed up baby formula in a dropper. This should work but you should consult your vet to make sure which kinds of formula are safe for your puppy.

you need to get some puppy formula for him, make sure to coax him to eat it and help him poop and pee by rubbing his genitalia and anus with a gauze pad or cotton swab. They need extra help when they are little. Also, make sure to keep him safe and warm. If he's weak or looks dehydrated, bring him to your vet right away. That isn't good that he hasn't eaten for 24 hours. Goodluck!
