Q: what can i put in my dogs food so she will eat it?

I ment to say "we can't get her to eat out of her dog dish" -Lol-

Do you feed your dog a lot of treats? Because if you do, she may be so use to the taste of treats that she won't eat the dog food. Our dog does the same thing. We havn't been able to eat out of her dish. She always has to be hand fed as if she's getting treats.

your dog could be sick but i would try hamburger and rice thats what the vet told us to do for our dog when she dould barly eat

Did you recently switch foods and/or change to a "cheap" brand? It is possible that your dog doesn't like the smell of the food, or it is possible that your dog is sick since she may have lost her appetite. Loss of appetite in a dog could be the first indicator of a health problem. This requires a visit to the vet to see what is going on.

hopefully ethel is wrong but please have her checked out but try putting a table spoon of plain natural yogart on it if she likes it whe may start eating the rest. but as alice says she maybe sick so a trip to the vet maybe in order and if you do you might want to take a stool sample with you or drop one off
