I was wondering what laws are in place regarding animals in Dubuque County, including their rights, and the regulation of the animals.
Where can i get information on these laws? (something understandable)

Do you have a dog catcher in your town ? If not you could all the non emergency number to the cop shop and ask whom you might be able to call, Or you can ask a local shelter I am pretty sure they can answer all your questions. Good Luck,,
