DON'T USE A VEST!!!! vests hurt them.... even though it ontrools them better, it chokes them.... whenever i take my dog for a wak i just use ther regular colar and one of those leashes where you can control how far they go.

I personally use a pinch collar for walking my dogs. But I have large dogs and have always used a pinch collar through all of my training as well.

I think a harness would be good for a puppy because when they pull it won't hurt their neck.

Well it all depends upon what kind of dog you have but i would strongly suggest to use a regular leash but if it gets too out of hand then i would switch to something else

I think with bigger dogs a harness definately works the best. It holds the dogs whole chest rather than just the neck.

Use a no-pull harness on a pup. The trachea will be safe and it will help teach him to walk nicely. You can get a good one through Premier Pet Products.

I have small dogs so I use a harness on both. For me this works the best.

It depends. If its really strong and hardto control I would recamend a head collar, if not a normal collar would do

A harness so it doesn't pull on their laryngeal area and cause possible damage. It sure feels to them like htey are being choked and can hurt them to be pulled by a choker chain choker leash or almost any kind of regular collar.
