Q: uploading videos

We're all experiencing this problem and Zootoo explained to me that there was a problem! It's supposedly fixed. Zootoo is responsive to e-mails.

Now my videos I have uploaded over the past few days have appeared.
I uploaded two tonight, successfully.
But i didn't get any points!

On Monday and Tuesday, zootoo had a glitch with their service provider. Supposedly it has been taken care of. I get the "it didn't work e-mail" a lot and since my shelter is in the contest and I don't want to risk losing the points. I do it again and eventually both get uploaded. Hopefully, this is something that they will work out before next years contest.

My videos have not been loading either, this is becoming a pain! I uploaded them at least 6 times! and still nothing...

Your video may be too large. It probably needs to be compressed through a program on the computer. Check your camera you may be able to set the size smaller with the menu.

I also have been having trouble for some reason it must be zootooers are overloading the sight going for points now that we are nearing the end.

Yesterday was a rough day for uploading videos.....give it a try today and you should have more luck.....you should especially give it a shot again if you are trying to earn pts for the JEFFERSON COUNTY SPCA!!! WOOT WOOT!

I tried to upload two videos yesterday also and neither has shown up! I guess I'll try again today.

My daughter tried to upload a video twice in the last 24 hours-neither has shown up yet. It is frustrating-especially with the points battle going on. Keep plugging away at the problem Zootoo-thanks!

Try it today-alot of people were having the same problem yesterday. Mine finally worked, so hopefully yours will too.
