Q: Uploading photos

Has anyone had problems uploading their pets photos? The last one I uploaded is not viewable after loading. It's a blank frame with a little red x in the upper left hand corner. Any ideas?

I use Firefox and rarely see any problems. Occasionally there is a lag, but I usually find that they have updated something on the site. Keep your browser updated if using Firefox. Sometimes you have to go out and get a new version rather than just updates.

I am having the same problem. AND when I go to delete them there is also no delete button for them like I get for the other photos. I don't think we are getting points for them either. Least I don't think so. I think it is a zootoo problem, I finally flagged the photo and that comes up with a comment box asking why I flagged it. So I explained what was going on and perhaps zootoo can fix them. Maybe they will show up later - which will make for some repeats I'm afraid. Anyway - I guess this is something we will just have to check back on later.

Or, are they picking on some of us? I just saw one of "my friends" upload 5 photos 1 minute ago. I thought, WOW, it's fixed. I went to upload and got that ugly pink box saying your problem has been sent to Zootoo and they will look into it. Or, are they looking into some of us and not others???? I have Firefox and that worked for the longest time. I feel that this is something else.

This has been an ongoing problem for months that Zootoo says it is working on. They say use Firefox browser but I have done that on two pcs and it is no better. They need to fix this ASAP.

I got a red note in a box that said Zoo Too was working to fix the problem. I forgot to check if I got points.

I just uploaded five photo's and mine are the same. just an empty box with a little red x in the corner

Sorry I can't answer that, but I'm glad to know it's not my computer! I had the same problem. My points appeared, but the pic has an X on it. Hopefully, zootoo will fix the problem
