My childhood cat, Boots, a short-haired tuxedo was smart and 2 tuxedo cats I had a few years back, 1 a short haired sweetie was very intelligent but her long-haired sis, not so much. The Siamese cats I've had have all been smart were as the black ones and the tabbies were average but loving. What do you think?

They may not be the smartest but they certainly are the best dressed.

I think it just depends on the cat. Some cats are smarter than others when it comes to certain things.
