My jack russell terrier Eddie loves squeaker. but he rips up ever one I give him in about 10 sec. flat. Typical Terrier behavior I know. But his shredding my budget right along with his toys. Dose anyone know of a good toy that will last more that 5 min?

That is their job.. to get the target.. here the target is the squeaker that is inside. there are toys out there that are like puzzles.. you put the pieces in there and possible treats and they work to get all the pieces out. You can also play a time game with her and hide things and let her find them. Kong toys are more durable and even though she is a little dog I would get for the next size up or so and get the heavy duty one.

depending on how thoroughly he shreds toys this may not be useful, but a lot of pet stores sell replacement squeakers. they usually come several to a pack. this could enable you to replace them, or also to make your own. as far as making your own goes, you might be able to make something sturdier, but if not...well, it might still be cheaper to, say, fill an old orphaned sock with stuffing and a squeaker and let him go at that.

I hear ya! I have a mini schnauzer that can tear through stuff as quick as I give it to him! lol I have found that some of the AKC brand stuffed toys are pretty durable. The kongs are the best--he hasn't chewed one up yet!
