my dog has trouble with dry skin, what is he BEST DOG FOOD AVAILABLE? also is ththere a topical solution that works for this as a temporary releif? thanks, stephan

What kind of dog food are you feeding right now. Natural dog foods will help prevent skin irritations. I feed my dogs Solid Gold and they love it! I've heard good things about the Wellness dog food as well, but I have not fed it to my dogs, only my cats. Natural dog foods don't have any by-products or additives and they also use non-allergenic ingredients.

Have you taken your dog to the vet to see if there is an allergy going on? It may be this will be good to find out exactly what is going on to find out what is causing the dryness.
