'Special Kitty Scoopable Cat Litter' Users:

Have you noticed a significant increase in the amount of DUST in this cat litter over the past few months? On the box, it is written "99.9% dust free for less tracking", but I think this percentage is way too high--the opposite almost sounds more accurate.

[I'm going to post a video "Special Kitty Scoopable Cat Litter Is DUSTY") showing the amount of dust it produces, but it is kind of hard to see.]

We tried this for our cats because it was on sale really cheap a few months ago... it was VERY dusty, as you observed! It didn't hold odor well either.

We have now gone back to Arm & Hammer, and the cats' eyes are no longer runny, and my boyfriend's allergies are much better.

I've tried all kinds of cat litters through the years....and I think almost all of them say they're 99.9% dust-free -- and they certainly are not. I know that World's Best Cat Litter is VERY expensive -- I don't know what possessed me to even try it -- but it truly is virtually dust-free -- I absolutely LOVE the stuff!

I accidentaly picked up Specail Kityy litter my last trip to the supermart and boy I can see the difference. It is very dusty and doesnt hold the smell very good. My girlfriend chewed my head off when I walked in the door with it, never make that mistake again. we usually use Fresh step and add Arm and Hammer powder to it.

We use this at the havens and did notice dust but only with pouring it in and not any time after. My sister ended up changing to this one though b/c it clumps really well.

I use Fresh Step, and there is considerable dust upon pouring, but after that, it's okay.
