I was walking Skitters earlier and she wriggled her collar right off I was so scared but I don't think she knew cause she didn't take off running she just stood there and let me put it back on or maybe she didn't care, but right when I got home I checked the collar and it was fine not too loose or too tight Skitters is too smart for her own good but she did not take the collar off herself she just wiggled and it popped off, What could I do to fix this or is the only solution to buy her a new collar?

Lots of dogs can get out of a collar when a leash is connected. My suggestion is to use a harness when walking her. Not only is it harder for them to get out of, it doesn't put stress on their necks like walking them on a collar does. Doesn't Skitters have a collapsed trachea? Harnesses are strongly recommended for dogs with collapsed tracheas.
