Q: Siamese cats for people with allergies?

I am allergic to cats - all cats, including the siamese. For me, it doesn't matter the type of cat, I'm allergic to them all. I think it likely depends on the person involved, as people have different allergies and levels of reactions.

Talk to your friends and neighbors, somebody is bound to have one (and no other pets). Get invited over for an afternoon of petting the cat. You'll find out rather quickly.

I think that it depends on the person - best way to answer this question is to hang out with a bunch of Siamese cats and see what it does to you.
