Zero has a very warm nose today while Bella has a cold nose. Zero is not His self either today, laying around much more. Does His warm nose mean He don't feel well?

The nose doesn't tell you much of anything in terms of health. Warm noses don't mean your dog has a fever. If your dog is lethargic, not eating, or not drinking those are much more important signs to look at.

Normally a dry nose is not a good sign.
I tookmy dog to a holistic vet when she was ill nad vet put her on chinese herbs to add moisture back into her body. She now has a wet nose again and is feeling much better.

I thought that a cold wet nose was a healthy sign, but every now and then, my own dog as a warm/dry nose, theres nothing wrong with him, he eats/drinks and plays. Maybe your dog has a upset tummy or something that will clear on its own.

A warm nose could be a sign of illness especially with other symptoms. A decrese in activity (lethergy) poor appetite, poor water consumption etc. Keep a close eye on him, and it's always better to error in the side of caution. When in doubt have it checked out.

I always thought the nose was cold if the pet is well. Maybe that is one of those old wive's tales. Is it acting sick??

Could be. I agree with Maria H, make sure his nose isn't dry. My dog Finn has had a warm nose before and nothing was wrong. However right now it is cool and wet. I would look for changes in behavior first.

Zero may be feverish. Is his nose dry? Is he eating and drinking? If he doesn't drink,he will get dehydrated.Could he have eaten something he shouldn't have? That will make him feel out of sorts. Keep an eye on him and if he is not improving or getting worse, call your vet. Hard to answer this question because there are so many things that could be going on with him. Hope he feels better soon!
