Q: Shape up shoes
I am wondering if anyone has ever tried shape up shoes or anything similar such as MBT's or toning sandals from Avon? Walking the dog is really my main workout and I am wondering if these types of shoes really make a difference as they say they do?

i wear regular thong sandals. every year when the warm weather finally rolls back around i start wearing them and it feels like such a work out. i honestly can't go a full mile in them the first couple of weeks. i get pretty lazy in the winter, but i'm 26 and in good shape and sandals for dog walks always gets me.
