Q: Question on adding a cat to my family.
I recently lost two of my cats, leaving just my boy at home. He is 12 years old, so I'm a little hesitant about bring a new cat home, but I also don't want him to be alone and lonely. Does anyone have any thoughts on this, or experience with bringing a youngster home to a place with an older cat?

It will be a good thing to bring in another pet so they have a buddy,we have lost a few but added another cat and it helps to ease the loss and not being alone to

bringing another cat into the home with an older cat shouldnt be a problem unless the older cat you have doesnt get along with other aniamals.
my friends have done this and neither one of the cats were harmed.

I dont think it will be a problem. I think it would be a good idea as you said you dont want him to be alone.
