Why is it that sometimes I don't earn any points when I haven't even done that certain thing yet that day?

did you mean to say why do you get points for something you haven't done. of course you wouldn't get points for something you haven't done. i am confused by your question

I know what you mean! I sent an email to info@zootoo.com because I was having the same problem! I am not earning all the points for the activities I am doing (even if I have not hit the maximum times per activity).

I had the same problem with videos and I emailed them, but they havent done anything (this was 2+ weeks ago). Its just a glitch.
