Two questions, one how do I convince my parents to let me get a horse, I would be able to pay for 20 to 30 percent, and do all of the work, and two does anyone know where I can get a young equestrian potencial akhal teke colt or filly under 10,000 dollars is?

well one of the ways i got my parents to let me have a horse was that i had a friend who had a barn and did not charge me to keep him. i think that your goal of a 10,000 horse is a bit unrealistic especially for a first horse. well more then a bit.
