Q: Parts for Stylette Pet Shuttle

I have used the Pet Shuttle by Stylette many times and I'm very happy with it. A number of the "toggles" that lock the top and bottom components together, however, have broken over time and frequent use. Where can I find replacement "toggles"?

I don't know if there are replacement parts or "toggles", but there SHOULD be! They break and/or come loose, so being able to buy extras would be nice.
When I had a missing part for a door, I substituted with a metal loop. I'd imagine you could find a suitably-sized metal loop to do the same or even substitute a screw and bolt (or nut?) to at least keep the unit intact. You could even use a piece of heavy duty cord. It is worth a try.

I guess I should have written "nut and bolt" instead of "screw". (I need to work on my carpentry terminology!)
