I am such a bird watcher - wrens are such fun birds to watch. They sure are busy birds and can entertain anyone, even my cat has fun watching them. They do like to sing for their mate, which can either be annoying or beautiful. Great Picture!

Based on the location and the buffy underparts (rather than gray) it is a Carolina Wren. They are wonderful little birds. When the sing or call you would think they are four times their size, they have quite a voice for a small passerine.

Here is a link to a fantastic website - The Cornell Bird Lab. They have info ever North American bird.

Still think it is a Carolina Wren! It's tail almost resembles that of a Bewick's Wren, but those don't winter in PA.
