We bring our new pets home, make sure the water is fresh, their diet is good, sneak a few treats in, take them out for exercise, pick up their droppings, bathe them, buy them toys, pet - kiss - love them - take care of them when they are sick - pay $$$ to vets for care, wash vomit from rugs, and do whatever needs to be done to keep them healthy. Now, let me get this straight - WE own THEM????? If I own Chief how come I am the one vacuuming the house everyday? We have been duped. (haha)

If you can imagine aliens watching us, they would see dogs leading us and us picking up their poop. The dogs are the higher beings.
