Q: Need medication supplier?
My mom is taking care of stray cats and kittens . Alot of them have eye infection, we use tobramycin ophthalmic it work great . We cant find a place where to buy in bulk without going to vet for prescription. We dont have money to go to vet with these animal it already costing her alot just feeding them. Please guides us where we can get help for her strays.

The best thing you can do is try to get area rescues to take the cats. If they're not all spayed and neutered you're going to end up with a lot more cats and that gets out of hand quickly, esp. if you can't afford to vet the ones you have already. Look up cat rescues in your area and contact them. Explain your situation and see if any of them can help you.

sometimes animal rescues and feral cat clinics will help out with stuff like this try looking local rescues up and contacting them for help in the long run sometimes it is best to take the animals and to a rescue or a shelter kittens and puppies are the ones with the least trouble finding homes.
