if you look it up on petfinder you can see a picture of it. in the zip code area type 98632 and then go to the 2nd page then scroll down until you see it. it is the 11th one down on the 2nd page they should somehow be able to get the dog to you if you want it no matter how far away from here you live.

I am sorry I have never heard of that kind of dog before now. But I am sorry you lost your dog if I were you I would put lost ad's in the paper and lost poster's up around town if you have no luck I would get a dog from your local humane socitey or one from a rescue center. Maybe take your son and let him pick out the new dog at the rescue center or the humane socitey he might find a new best friend that way. If it is going to be his dog he is the one who needs to really connect well with the dog. Also sometimes the dog picks the person instead of the person picking the dog. My dog picked me after all.

Don't see a lot of Schippershells. You may have to resort to doing a search & not just looking for that term, but also Schipperke/sheltie mix & any other terms you can think of. You might try contacting a schipperke rescue & seeing if they have any of the hybrids. Sheltie rescues might too. In the meantime, I hope you have take appropriate measures to notify everyone of your dog's theft. There are lots of rescuers who network all across the country & can be on the lookout for your dog if he shows up in a shelter or rescue. Y
