My puppy has never had a problem with this before so i am wondering if it is something she ate or if it is something more serious.

I would definitely get the puppy to a vet.. besides dehydration, we had a 8 month old puppy in our rescue get parvo for which he was vaccinated.. and still got it.

Is your puppy still getting plenty of fluids? Dehydration is very scary, especially for the very young. I would call my vet first thing in the morning. If the puppies behavior has changed and is acting lethargic I would take it to an emergency vet ASAP.

I agree with the others. Please take your puppy to the vet. Anytime diarrhea last more than 24 hours it should be checked and especially in a pet so young. She could get dehydreated easily. There is a pinch test you can do by pinching the skin on the back of her neck. The longer it takes to bounce back the more she is dehydrated. I hope this is nothing serious, but there are a number of possibilities and your vet is the best answer.

Most definitely get your puppy to the vets. It could be one or more of a number of things that have crucial meaning to your puppy's health.
