My puppy has never had a problem with this before so i am wondering if it is something she ate or if it is something more serious.

i absolutly agree with devil. please get her to the vet and make sure she doesn't get dehydrated

Most definitely get your puppy to the vets. It could be one or more of a number of things that have crucial meaning to your puppy's health.
