Has it eaten anything red? Has the food been changed recently? Is there blood in it? Sometimes food changes or different treats will change the color of the excriment. As long as the stool is normal and there is no blood everything should be fine. If you see blood or the pup stops peeing or pooing go the the vet.

I agree with Lori, my dog changes every other week! This past week was neon green, not sure what that was all about, they need to come out with a poo color chart :)

I think your dog may have just eaten something. I would watch and if his "stuff" is still coming out red after a little while, call or visit the vet.
