Q: my puppy pitbull has a red pimple onr neck and when i squeeze it only blood comes out,nothing else
it size is a dime to a penny.it red with a little shade of blue like a bruise

I wouldn't squeeze it anymore...maybe put some peroxide on it or saline solution. It wouldn't hurt to take your pittie to the vet, just to be on the safe side.
