I assume your talking about Gypsy? Assuming this was only once, and her behaviour is still that of a fun dog, i wouldnt worry. If it continues, id see a vet soon.

try to get something in him thats easy on a sick belly, like boneless, skinless chicken breast. is it just foam or is it bile? if it happens again, see you vet.

My dog used to do that in the mornings when his stomach is too empty. A few extra treats stopped that. He still does it sometimes when we pick him up from daycare, so I make sure to have treats in the care.
