My Petco PALS number didn't post points for supporting Central Missouri Humane Society makeover. Why?

Do you need the link where they announced you can enter ypur petco number? I still have that email and that is what I clicked to enter my number, rather than starting from inside of zootoo. It just had me login but when straight to the box to enter the number.

The number may have been entered incorrectly. If you have a receipt and used your PALS card for the purchase, your account number should be near the bottom.

Make sure your number is correct. Mine has 9 digits. Also make sure you selected CMHS as your local shelter. If all of this doesn't work - you may want to get a new # from PetCo.
