My 5 year old rot/ pit mix coco acts fine but for the last few days her tongue is a pale pink almost white color but her gums look normal. She is eating as normal and is useing the bathroom as normal. What could cause this? What should I do and should I be worried?

She also could have a string or thread strangulating her tongue...but then you would see drooling, pawing at the mouth or maybe coughing....go to the vet

I do not think this is necessarily a sign of dehydration. Are her gums nice and wet or are they tacky or dry? If they are tacky/dry then yes she is dehydrated. But if she is eating, drinking, urinating and defecating normally she is "probably" OK. If you are concerned...GO TO THE VET! How old is she? Has she had a fecal run? Been vaccinated? Been to the vet lately? Is she spayed? Pregnant? Why do people ask these questions on-line instead of going to the vet? Just curious.
