My jack-Russel Willow always pees when anyone comes in or goes out of the house, and when he gets excited.

First if Willow is not nuetered that needs to be taken care of, second terriers are incredably intelligent mainly the rat terriers and the jack russell's it only took me about 3 days to have my rat terrier Skitters potty trained. Also alot of little dogs have a tendincy to do this when they are nervous or excited. What I would do is first take him to the vet to see if he has a uruinery tract infection or some other under lying issue. Then I would go to petco they have bands for show dogs so that they do not pee in the ring find one for a male dog and if you don't quite understand how to use it ask a worker in the store they should explain it and also they can help you find them. But just leave it on long enough to train him and don't leave it on when he goes outside put it back on in the house and in the car. Once he understands and knows that he should only go outside the band can be removed also you can look up more info about it online.
