My cat lays on my hand while I'm using my mouse. Then he will lick my hand then bite me?
Is he just playing? He doesn't bite hard just enough to annoy you and let you know he is there.

My cat does the something when im the computer. Maybe he wants your attention or just leeting you know that he is there.

I bet he is just playing with you. Maybe he thinks the mouse is real!! I guess if it doesn't bother you then it's ok.

Your hand is moving--that makes it a toy. Or maybe he's trying to get you to pay attention to him and not the computer. If you can't move your hand, you can't run the computer. More time to play with the cat!
