Loss of hair in boxers?

Has anyone found anything that works on boxers for thier loss of hair and baldness. Please only answer if you have had this problem yourself with your boxer. We asked the vet, but we would like other opinions. He has had skin scrapings etc. He has been diagnosed with seasonal alopecia. does anything natural work on this besides diet?

I had a foster 7 year old boy who came to me smelling like a garbage can he looked horrible he had hot spots on his sides bald spots red spots. I went out and bought a medicated shampoo thats was about 12 a bottle well it was only the first night i had him and he itched to the poiont of blood drawing from his skin i thought i had done that to him turns out he had seasonal alopceia. The rescue i voul. for bought a trout and sweet potatoe kibble from pinnacle he seemed to improve alot , i also had aloe vera in a bottle kept in the fridge that helped i put it dircetly on the skin its natural ,cool on the skin it seemed to help him. My opinon bathing will not help it makes skin drier.

I know boxers have really sensitive skin.. if it isn't either form of mange.. then it could be allergies.. I give my girl very little outside her strict diet. She had patches where she was light on the hair but no more.. even her "elbows" have the hair growing back.. I guess whoever had her left her outside for a good portion of time. And we have a lot of boxer kids on special diets some differ as the dog differs.
