Q: Looking for a drinkwell fountain for my cats

I own a drinkwell. My cats love it. Too bad yours is allergic. Before that I would just let my kitties who had to have running water get a drink from the faucet whenever I was using it. I know, bad habit! All the brands I have ever seen were plastic so I am not sure if they make one.

I suppose you could do what most of us do, and let the faucet run for them to drink out of. Cats generally love this. I let it run while I brush my teeth or wash up.

The only ones I have ever seen are plastic, but I would check this out on google and see if there is one that is made by something other than plastic. Good luck!

All I've ever seen are plastic, too. But try this website: < www.drsfostersmith.com > Drs. Foster and Smith are vets; their site has supplies and medicines for all animals. You can "talk" online with a rep; if anyone knows of non-plastic fountains, it would be them. I buy from them all the time and have always found them very helpful.

as far as I know all drink fountians are made out of plastic or at least use plastic tubing or pump componets.
