Brandi G.

I just changed my litter for the litter boxes in my ferret cages to this soft litter that smells like lavender and i use to use pine litter and im afraid that they might start eatting it or digging it out, is this a safe litter to use with Ferrets, Its called "soft-sorbent" by Kaytee. Thanks for your input.

We use Feline Pine in our ferrets box, and eating it has never been an issue. We did have one that liked to kick the litter out of the box.

I have three guinea pigs and we used to use that litter. I think it is okay if they eat the lavander in it though. (not 100% sure) I thought pine bedding and cat litter was bad for them. We use CareFresh and newspaper.
