OMG so I gave Harley his Kong, for the first time, I stuffed it with some yummy treats, and based on the response from my last question, I put a tiny bit of lobster in it too and rolled it in lobster, to make sure he'd like it.

Well as soon as the lobster was gone, he started circling it and growling at it, and eventually I heard his very first small bark... I've uploaded the video in my videos, have a look, it's hillarious,

He's not growling at me, just at it, and then he looks at me confused, any advice?

looks like playful puppy behavior to me. my advice would be to fill it w/another, less interesting treat and only use lobster on special occasions. never fill it for him when he asks, which is when he looks at you confused. you want the kong to remain a toy and not something he learns to demand from you.
the kong could actually be a very helpful tool for you while he's growing up and learning right from wrong. give him the kong w/only a few little treats for good behavior and he'll learn quickly what's expected of him.
