I think Cesar is virtually worthless, so I'd have to go with Victoria Stillwell.

They both have their own methods of handling troublesome dogs, but I think Victoria Stillwell's methods are better to help the behavioral problems that the majority of pet owners face.

It's Me or the Dog definitly. Cesar Milano is IMO the worst dog trainer ever.
