Q: Is there any way I can change the shelter I'm affiliated with?

I would email the zootoo help. The directions are fairly vague in the FAQ, and I wasn't able to change my rescue affiliation (I just gave up). I havent tried to change my shelter - but I would guess that it is similar.

If you havent already decided, please consider giving your points to the Humane Society of Henderson County. They are a great place, with a very devoted staff, but are really in need. A make-over would do so much for them.

If you go to the Frequently Asked Question page, this will help you do this (if you haven't done it once before). If you have, you may want to email the help desk to see if it is possible. My understanding is that you can only do it once. Thank you for zootooing :O)

Members are able to change their affiliation one time only throughout the contest within 30 days of registering for new users. Other users will have 30 days from the date they first log onto Zootoo starting September 18 (I found the answer in Zootoo's FAQ's)
