GLUCOSAMINE DOES HELP IN SOME DOGS. THEY EVEN HAVE MAGNETIC COLLARS. THERE ARE TONS OF HOLISTIC APPROACHES , YOU JUST HAVE TO FIND THE ONE THAT WORKS FOR YOUR DOG

All Pet and Equine has a whole bunch of holistic treatments for arthritis and just about any other illness or disease. I have tried them out for several different non-medicinal therapies and they always have something that works!

My cat is on Glucosamine for bladder issues. I'm told it's used primarily for joint problems but that it can also reduce bladder inflamation in the same way it reduces joint inflamation . My vet did tell me though, that it takes about a month to build up in the system. I believe this to be true because it took a while for my cat to get better. He ultimately did and will now be on the glucosamine for life to keep the problem from reccuring. If you do use it don't expect it to work right away. I was told that it is quite safe for long term use so it is certainly worth a try.
