Like my neighbor cat has two main coins both male that always stay together and they always go for exploring and come home at night. With some prey like mouse or rat to eat at home. What is great to be outdoor cat like the strongest cat their is.

The life expectancy of a pet cat that lives mostly or entirely outdoors is 2-3 years less than that of one who lives strictly indoors. There are all sorts of perils awaiting outdoor cats from being run over, killed by dogs or wildlife, targeted by dog fighters or animal abusers, disease, and the list goes on. Our pet cats should not be forced to live on rodents. They should be fed healthy, well-balanced cat food. If someone just wants a cat to toss outside to fend for itself instead of making it part of the family, that someone doesn't need a cat. So the short answer is that there are no good cat breeds to abandon outside to live on its own.

I don't know what you mean but all I can say is that you should only take a cat outside if you have an inclosure for your cat or if they are on a leash or they are gonna follow you outside and then back in the house cats get lost to cyotes and cougars outside and they can get hit and ranover by cars they can also be taken by some one who wants a cat that doesn't care if the cat belongs to some one else, My cat Biff followed us on walks but he was never on a leash when I got home one night I found out Biff had been ran over by a car he was just crossing the street back to our house this is not a busy road at night but Biff got ran over then there was my maine coon Lowrnece we were sure that he had more than one family he was indoor and outdoor and one day he never came back home he was not an old cat so I think some one probably took him There was the neighbors cat Charlie and a black and white female kitten her name was Storm she was my kitten I found her outside as a stray her mother Rain was a nice cat but the family moved took Rain with them and left Storm behind the Storm would cry when she could not get outside but when we were letting her out Charlie would come by and beat her up she was too small to defend herself against him Charlie beat up every cat in town since we could not keep Storm inside we had to find her a new home. There are just too many bad things to happen to a cat or even a dog when they are left loose outside to fend for themselves even just for one day or one night not a good idea.
