Canidae has a very good selection of grain free foods for dogs , but I would contact a vet first just to make sure thats the problem .

I don't know if this will correct the problem, but I've been very pleased feeding my dog Natural Balance dry food, Allergy Formula and Grain Free. I always suggest calling your vet.

yeast infections in the ears or on the skin aren't caused by yeast in the food. Generally, they are indicative of an allergy or immune irregularity. This is really something to talk to a good veterinarian about. Perhaps eliminating grains from the diet may help, but so could eliminating the really problematic ingredients like corn, wheat, and soy. Then again, it could be enviromental allergies causing the problem. Or foreign debris in the ear canal. Or countless other possible causes.

Mine are on Taste Of The Wild Pacific Stream.
No grains and was rated #5 on www.dogfoodanaylis.com
$10.00 for 5#bag.(Tractor Supply)
There are more rated #5 & #6.
Also, stay away from foods with wheat & corn.

talk to your Vet, it may well be a yeast infection but there are also other reasons for problems, as far as the ear drum, that usually happens from improper cleaning, never use a q-tip & don't diagnose it yourself, it is common in floppy eared dogs, I have a Lab & am very familiar with ear problems
