Is Tabby point the same as Lynx point for Siamese?

I adopted a kitten last August from the shelter I volunteer at. She was listed as a siamese mix. After some research I found her to look a lot like tabby point siamese photos as well as lynx points. Are they one in the same? What do you think she looks like?

the are the same thing. lynx points were created by adding tabby genes to siamese cats, so you can call it what you wish. and yes, i think she very well could be mixed w/a lynx pointed siamese, but she could just as easily be any pointed siamese mixed w/a tabby cat. whatever she is, she's cute as all heck!

Tabby & Lynx-point are the same thing. Your cat is probably a siamese mix instead of a purebred tabby-point siamese. She doesn't appear to have the build or head shape of a pure siamese. The gene for tabby pattern (tabby is not a breed, but a color pattern) is found in all domestic cats so the pattern could come from any cat bred with a siamese.
