No, guinea pigs cannot eat hamster food, rabbit food, or anything besides guinea pig food. They also cannot eat guinea pig food that has any colored bits, seeds etc. They can choke on seeds, peanuts are poisonous, and nothing else in that mix is healthy. They also won't be getting the Vitamin C they need without guinea pig pellets.

Also, guinea pigs require constant timothy hay to keep their digestive systems running smoothly. They need to eat fresh vegetables daily, such as romaine lettuce, red bell pepper, baby carrots, cucumber, brocolli, celery, etc. Fruits can be fed once or twice a week as treats.

They cannot eat any beans, nuts, iceberg lettuce, grapes, unknown wild plants, bread, meats, or anything processed besides their pellets.

Return it, they have different needs, guinea pigs (like humans) do not produce Vit. C & have certain requirements in their food.
