Q: Is baby shampoo safe for cleaning guinea pigs?

Baby shampoo should be fine, I use it for my rabbit. It is gentle enough for their fur but I wouldn't recommend giving your guinea pig a bath too often.

This is definitely a question for Kavykeeper. Look up her profile and I bet she can tell you. I would not think baby shampoo would hurt your g-pig but, I don't have one and don't want to misinform you either.

Baby shampoo would be fine as long as you dont go near the eyes with it obviously. I also agree with Doglover93, maybe only give your guinea pig a bath when he/she is smelly. hope this helps :)
