Q: I need to know if there are shelters out there that will sell animals to research centers?
I am asking again . I'm not sure if the first time I sent the question went through. This is very disturbing to me.

Anyone can walk into a shelter and adopt an animal. Some research labs send average looking people in to adopt animals to take back to experiment on. And even some shelters are willing to give animals to labs because it costs less than having to euthanize them.

I doubt the SPCA or a Humane Society would do this because they champion for animal rights. Maybe city pounds do. It's a terrible thought.
