Sounds almost like an allergic reaction to fleas. Try using advantage, and bathe her often. It also could be an allergic reaction to something she got into, or her food.

Make sure it is not mange or parasite. I recently rescued a cat with hair loss due to malnutrition. It was looked at by vet first.
