Q: I have 6 dogs of which 2 will not allow me to clip their nails. Any suggestions?

Get them use to you touching their paws start slow and easy. Use the command "let me see" then touch their ears use same command. then the teeth same sommand. Then after a few days of this rub your finger between the toes and you "see." Some dogs aren't raised as pups and the neuriological filling is whjat they don't like. It isn't natural to them to feel this on their feet. Work with them and eventually they will submit to the process.

It's very hard to say how to make them like something they haven't liked so far, but make sure they let you touch there paws even when you are not going to clip them. If you make it so that they can pick up the trend with touching paws and clipping nails, they will never like it. But if you try and get them to get used to you grabbing their paws randomly and a lot, they should grow to have less of a problem with it... I hope that helps!

IN MY EXPERIENCE YOU JUST HAVE TO EARN THEIR TRUST. MAKE IT A NORMAL ACTIVITY TO PLAY WITH THEIR FEET THEN WORK INTO IT
