How to use a onesie has part of a wound dressing?

One of my cats has a open lesion secondary to breast ca. She is on subq antibiotics and I change her wound dressing regularly. I would like to use a onesie over the dressing to avoid a complete body wrap. How can I cut it to allow her to use the littler box.

If I remember onesies correctly there is the part that goes over a baby's bottom to be snapped onto the front. You would still need to keep that I think but cut a 'hole' out around the area where her tail is so she can 'go' but still keep the onesie intact. Best wishes to you and your beautiful kitty!
