michele's right, if a female cat hasn't been fixed and is living outside they will get pregnant. this can be incredibly hard on the mama cat. even if you're feeding her, sometimes braving the elements takes it's toll. she may have had kittens, she may or may not be caring for them, or she may have miscarried. you can try following her, maybe she'll lead you to a litter desperately in need of your help.
most areas have a local spay/neuter clinic that will happily fix your cat for a very small fee. in my area, it's only $25 per stray, but i've heard of places doing it for as little as $15. have her fixed, for her health as well as all the unwanted kittens she's going to have.
and just so you know, she isn't a "stray" so to speak. if you've been feeding an outdoor cat for at least 3 days, they're your responsibility according to the law.

The only way to find the kittens is to follow her - but if you find them, she may move them again. Someone dumped a pregnant Siamese in my mom's neighborhood years ago. She had the kittens in Mom's garage, but when Mom found them, she moved them to a neighbor's house. Mom found them again and brought them inside - letting the Mama in to feed them, then found homes for all, including the Mama.
