two dark chocolate chips will not harm your dog, no matter their size. this site will educate you better on how much chocolate is safe for them. one of my dogs absolutely loves reeses peanut butter cups, so from time to time, i'll give her one. a little milk chocolate or dark chocolate never hurt anyone. it's the baking chocolate and the sweet cocoa that they really need to watch out for.

Oh Goodness! Each dog is different, some can eat that and it wouldn't do anything, and some could eat it and put them into instant kidney failure. I would call your vet, do they have an "on call" number? I'm the type that calls the on-call number all the time, we're on a 1st name basis :) We've gotten so we don't even bring chocolate or onions into the house, my kids think I'm nuts, but I don't take any chances.

I agree that you should call your vet or the 'on call' vet for more instructions. Or if you have a nearby animal hospital you should call them. Keep a watchful eye on your dog in the meantime until you get an answer. Hope everything works out okay!
